Currently 10 out of the top 10 carriers based on JD Power Customer Service Results on claims experience, have outsourced this function to a Managed Repair Network. Approximately 25-30% of all property claim volume are being captured by these platforms and this percentage is continuing to grow. This segment of volume is being captured directly by the carrier’s customer service function which is then outsourced to the Network. Restoration contractors that elect not to participate in these opportunities have 0 access to this volume. None! These assignments are being captured by the carrier regardless of marketing campaigns or google dollars spent!! Contractors may either elect to participate and gain access to the revenue.
